If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add Almond flour, Parmesan cheese, water to thermomix. 5 seconds speed 5.
2. Scrape down sides, 5 seconds speed 5.
3. Dough will look like little worms or small clumps.
4. Tip out dough to mat. Squeeze together to make a ball.
5. Divide dough in half. Roll out thinly to desired thickness of cracker between two pieces of parchment paper. (greased proof paper)
6. Sprinkle on top, salt and sesame seeds and roll again to push salt and sesame seeds into the dough.
7. Use a pizza cutter to cut into your cracker sizes. Prick each cracker with a fork to make some steam holes.
8. Place onto a dinner plate and then into the microwave. Leaving bottom piece of parchment paper.
9. Cook 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave. Crackers will crisp up after cooling.

Tip
You can add any spices you like to these crackers. Paprika, chilli, garlic powder, bacon pieces, onion salt, poppy seeds the options are endless.
