Keto Nutty Seeded Crackers

  • 50 g Shredded coconut
  • 50 g almonds
  • 60 g linseed
  • 40 g pepitas
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g chia seeds, black
  • 2 level tablespoons psyllium husks
  • 2 level tsp sea salt flake
  • 500 g water
  • 1-2 level tablespoons dried chilli flakes
  • 1 level tablespoons ground pepper

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 160 and line 2 trays with baking paper.
  2. Place all ingredients into thermomix bowl and blendBlend10 seconds speed 6.
  3. Spread half the mixture onto each tray and spread as thinly as possible with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 1 hour
  5. Break into pieces and return to the oven which has been switched off and leave in there until the oven is cold.
