      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Pizza Scrolls - Mozarella Fat Head Dough - KETO
  1. Add Shredded Cheese and Almond Meal to Bowl 5sec, Sp 5
  2. Add Cream Cheese to bowl heat 3min, Varoma Temp, Sp 2
  3. Add Egg and Salt 30 sec, Mix Gently

    Dough Mode 1 minute - Dough will be a little sticky
  4. Place the keto dough in between 2 pieces of baking paper. Roll into rectangle shape
  5. Spread Tomato Sauce over the dough and add desired toppings
  6. Roll and cut into slices, place in oven 220c 12minutes or until golden

    I have used this same recipe from someone else to make bagels. Mozzarella dough is great!
