Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients

Banana Bread Mixture

  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 50 g sultanas
  • 80 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 65 g Coconut Flour
  • 4 tbsp Stevia powder
  • 1 tbsp bicarbonate soda

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat Oven 180 Degrees

    Grease Loaf Tin

  2. Add Bananas to the bowl

    Chop 3 Seconds, Speed 4

     

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients

    Mix 15 Seconds, Counter-clockwise operation, Speed 5

     

  4. Add raisins or cranberries

    Mix 15 Seconds, Counter-clockwise operation, Speed 3

     

  5. Pour into Loaf tin and let it rest for 5 minutes

  6. Add extra almond flakes, raisins or cranberries to the top 

  7. Place into Oven and Bake for 30 Minutes

  8. serve straight away or freeze 

    enjoy

Tip

Sultanas can be substituted with Figs, Cranberries, Apricots, Almonds etc

Protein Powder can be substituted with any other favourite flavour 

Coconut Oil can be substituted with Olive Oil

Coconut Flour can be substituted with Almond, Rice, GF Flour etc

Stevia can be substituted with Rapadurra Sugar, Maple Syrup, Honey, Coconut Sugar etc

    in the oven now! substituted sultanas for dates and coconut flour for quinoa flour! only used 3 tblsp of stevia! fingers crossed!
