For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Preheat Oven 180 Degrees
Grease Loaf Tin
Add Bananas to the bowl
Chop 3 Seconds, Speed 4
Add the rest of the ingredients
Mix 15 Seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , Speed 5
Add raisins or cranberries
Mix 15 Seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , Speed 3
Pour into Loaf tin and let it rest for 5 minutes
Add extra almond flakes, raisins or cranberries to the top
Place into Oven and Bake for 30 Minutes
serve straight away or freeze

in the oven now! substituted sultanas for dates and coconut flour for quinoa flour! only used 3 tblsp of stevia! fingers crossed!
