  • 1 --- large zucchini, cut in 1/4
  • 50 g Tasty cheese, cut into ice cube size pieces
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Chobani Plain Yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 250g Flour of your choice, you can use buck wheat or chickpea

Recipe's preparation

    Make Batter
  1. Place Zucchini and cheese into the bowl and chop speed 8 / 5 seconds.

     

  2. Scrape down and add all the other ingredients. Mix speed 6 /10seconds. scrape down and repeat untill all comined.

     

  3. Heat frying pan up and add oil and place about half of a 1/4cup of mixture and cook untill golden brown each side
