These are the best crackers I have ever made! just make sure you roll them really thin or else you will need to cook for a little longer. Adding fresh rosemary is always a hit with friends!

These are so yummy! Thanks. I also added pepita seeds in at the same time as the quinoa so they would chop up a bit, then sunflower seed, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. I had so many seeds that I had to drizzle a little more water in through the lid while it was mixing to make it combine more.

All so easy, to toast 30g of sesame seeds first:

    TM5: 6min/120*/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed 2

    TM31: 6min/Varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed 2

These crackers are amazing, they have become my go to cracker recipe.  I add about 2.5 tbsps seeds though, .5 tbspn of each white sesame, black sesame, flaxseed, chia and poppyseeds.  I am also experimenting with adding a bit of cumin. Be ware though .. they are very addictive and you can't just stop at one.

    Submitted by MinaItaliano on 16. September 2014 - 14:28.

So easy, so tasty and absolutely delicious. You never have to buy crackers again. My family demolished these with a plate of gaucamole. I added some red quinoa and sumac to give it another flavour and spice. I have already made 3 batches of these crackers and they have become a regular weekly cook. Thanks for sharing. tmrc_emoticons.)
