  • 350 g pumkin, cut into 3cm cubes

Biscuit Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnimon
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 100 g honey

Recipe's preparation

    Pumpkin Puree
  1. Step 1. Place pumkin into TM basket. Add water to TM jug and insert TM basket. Cook for 20 mins / Varoma / speed 3

  2. Step 2. Remove TM basket, discard remaining water. Tip pumkin into TM jug and puree 10 secs / speed 7. Scrape down sides and allow to cool slightly before continuing. 

  3. Pumpkin Biscuit
  4. Step 3. Add remaining ingredients to cooled pumkin puree and mix for 5 secs / speed 3.

  5. Step 4. Pour /spoon mix onto a paraflex sheet into 12 even portions. Flatten with the back of a spoon. Dehydrate for 10 hours on HIGH.

  6. Step 5. Flip biscuits onto another tray and remove paraflex sheet. Dehydrate for a further 4-6 hours on HIGH.
