- 6 sheets Puff pastry
- 500 grams ricotta
- 500 grams Frozen Spinach. Thawed And Drained
- 4 onion shalotts
- salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
Cut each sheet of Pastry into quarters.
Chop Shalotts for 10 seconds speed 7.
Add all other ingredients in to TM bowl.
Mix for 20 seconds speed 3.
Spoon 1.5 tablespoons of mixture onto each quater of puff pastry.
Roll into a sausage roll shape to encase the filling, pressing on each end with a fork to seal.
Put in oven and cook for about 25 munites, or until golden brown.

Tip
Try and keep the mixture off the edges of the pastry when rolling the rolls. This makes it easier for the pastry to seal.
