Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Defrost 5 sheets puff pastry. Preheat oven 180 degrees fan forced.
Add onion, carrot and potatoes to mixing bowl. Chop 8 sec sp 4 measuring cup on.
Place sausage mince in another bowl. Add chopped veggies from thermomix bowl and mix together.
Lay puff pastry on bench and cut in half vertically.
Place sausage mix down the centre of each half of pastry.
Use a pastry brush to brush milk along sides to help seal. Roll pastry over the sausage mix like a log.
Chop into the size you want your sausage rolls. I normally cut 5 per log.
Brush top of sausage rolls before baking. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30mins until pastry has puffed and they have browned.
