  • 2 Zuccini quartered
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Capsicum, red
  • 2 spring onions/shallots
  • 175 grams Short Cut Bacon Rashers
  • 120 grams tasty cheese, cubed

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Grease a 20cm x30cm laming ton pan and line base and long sides with baking paper

  2. Place zucchini, carrot, capsicum, spring onion, bacon and cheese in thermomix. 20s/ speed 10. Push down sides with spatula then 5s/ speed 10.

  3. Add egg, milk,oil and flour. 30s/ speed 4 / Counter-clockwise operation

  4. Spoon the mixture into prepared pan and smooth surface. Bake for 40 minutes or until firm to the touch. Set aside to cool, serve with salad leaves.
