Amazing muffins. We all LOVE THEM.
    Really really tasty!!
It made 21 med to large muffins (not as big as a cafe style muffin)
I didn't have mustard so threw in some mayo and a hint of curry powder, also replaced dill with dried mixed herbs. Recipe has been saved to fav's and will definitely be making a regular appearance tmrc_emoticons.))

Just trying to do what I love, like nobodies watching.

Yum, yum, yum. Made these for the kid's school lunches. I used a brown onion instead of spring onion and I didn't have any dill so I used some dried parsley and chives. Definitely will be making again.

Delicious!! I didn't have spring onions, so I substituted it for leek. Also used dried dill instead of fresh. I used large (cafe style) muffin papers and got 14 from a batch (and they didn't stick to the paper!) So happy I made a second batch for the freezer. Thanks for sharing!

    Submitted by DKTwist on 17. February 2014 - 05:56.

My husband asked me if I could make him some savoury muffins so gave this recipe a try. I used parsley for herbs and half a red onion as didn't have any spring onions.  They looked & smelt delicious but I'm GF & DF so had to wait for the taste tester. He declared they are THE best savoury muffins he's ever had!  I made 12 normal muffins & 12 mini muffins.

    Submitted by western on 16. November 2013 - 13:47.

I have to say these were VERY YUMMY...................... although i swapped out the bacon for 125g of salami-  chopped it fine and added it at the last stage. Reciepe looks complicated with all the steps and took a bit of concentration reading it at first-  but in reality was pretty easy so don't let it put you off making them tmrc_emoticons.) Thanks for posting !! I would def recommend trying the salami !!
