Biscuit dough

  • 375 g Almonds Whole
  • 220 g sugar raw
  • 3 drop almond essence
  • 3 eggwhites

For Rolling

  • 80 g flaked almonds

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1.
  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

    Mill Almonds Speed 10, 10 seconds in two batches.

  2. Add all the ingredients into the TM bowl and knead for 40 seconds till the mixture all comes together.

  3. Roll level tablespoons of misture into the flaxed almonds then roll into 8cm logs.  Shape logs to form crescents.

  4. Place on trays lined with baking paper or thermomat and bake for 15 mintues or until golden. 

    Dust with extra icing sugar if desired.
