      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in bowl and place lid & MC on.

  2. Blitz for 15 sec, speed 8.

  3. Scrape down sides and blitz for a further 10 seconds on speed 6.

  4. Roll into balls about the size of a tablespoon. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes and serve.

Tip

You can play with the amount of golden syrup  to coconut oil depending on how strong you want the flavour.
