  • 40g Butter
  • 2tsp GF baking powder
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 1tsp ground ginger
  • 1tbs glace or crystal ginger

  • 1 apple peeled and chopped

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    cupcakes
  1. grind almonds 5secs /speed9

    add flour/salt/baking powder and ginger mix few seconds speed 4 ,set aside

    add eggs /sugar and butter and mix 30secs/speed7 

    add dry ingrediants and mix 30secs/speed5

    divide between 12 silicone cupcakes top with apple i thern put few tiny bits crystal ginger on top

    bake 180 oven for approx 15mins
