- 100g Gluten free plain flour, i used orgran
- 50g almonds, raw
- 40g Butter
- 2tsp GF baking powder
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1tsp ground ginger
- 1tbs glace or crystal ginger
- 2lg eggs
- 1 apple peeled and chopped

grind almonds 5secs /speed9
add flour/salt/baking powder and ginger mix few seconds speed 4 ,set aside
add eggs /sugar and butter and mix 30secs/speed7
add dry ingrediants and mix 30secs/speed5
divide between 12 silicone cupcakes top with apple i thern put few tiny bits crystal ginger on top
bake 180 oven for approx 15mins
around 100cal each there only small cupcake but nice texture
