Apple, Raspberry, White Chocolate Desert

Apple, Raspberry berry, White Chocolate Desert

  • 125 grams Butter, Roughly chopped
  • 4 granny smith apples, Cored and cut into large pieces
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 300 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50-80 grams Milk
  • 100 grams white chocolate bits
  • 60 grams raspberries, Frozen or Fresh

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180c
    Grease Ramikins (4 Large ones)
  2. Method
  3. 1. Put butter into the TM

    2. Melt at 60, sp.4 for 3 minutes, or until melted.

    3. Add remaining ingredients except for 1Apple, Raspberry's and White Chocolate.

    4. Blend sp5, for 40 seconds, or until apple is chopped to your liking, if mix is a bit dry add 50-80gm Milk.

    5. Tip into a greased and lined slice tin or well greased Ramekins
    1/2 at a time with remaining ingredients topped in between layers and on top, at end.

    6. Bake in a preheated 180c oven for 30-40 minutes, or until done when skewer comes out clean.

    Optional: Serve as a desert with cream or Ice cream
