- 30g Linseeds
- 2 apples
- 1 egg
- 80g oil (macadamia or grapeseed)
- 140g coconut cream/milk
- 250g plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 2tsp cream of tartar, or replace bicarb and tartar with 3 tsp baking powder
- 80g brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice powder
- 120g sultanas

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a muffin tin with large muffin cases
Mill the linseeds 10 secs/sp 8

Quarter and core two apples (I left the peel on) and chop 6 secs/sp 4

Weigh in oil, coconut milk and sugar into the mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix 10 secs/

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then weigh in the flour.

Add bicarb, tartar, spices and sultanas and stir 30 secs/

Spoon into muffin cases and bake 20 minutes
