If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Roughly Grate butter on speed5, Scrape down sides, melt 1 min 100 degrees speed 1
- Add Remainding ingredients and chop on speed 10 for 1 minute, or until desired texture achieved.
- Roll into balls and roll in coconut
Or
Line Slice tray with coconut, press mixture in firmly, press coconut on top. Refridgerate and slice. - The cacao butter is essential as a firming agent.
Important step if you are trying to mimic shop bought ones.
