Ingredients

Seedy slice

  • 300 grams sunflower seeds
  • 85 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 150 grams pitted dates
  • 34 grams Shredded coconut
  • 200 grams dried apricots

Wet Ingredients

  • 160 grams Peanut Butter
  • 110 grams coconut oil
  • 100 grams honey
  • 10 grams vanilla essence

Chocolate topping

  • 125 grams Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

Recipe's preparation

    Dry ingredients
  1. Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates, coconut, apricots into bowl.
    Sp 8/ 30 seconds. Put aside in another bowl
  2. Add Peanut butter, Coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract
    2mins/60Sous-vide"Sous-vide" /sp1

    Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl if needed.
    Add another 2mins/60Sous-vide"Sous-vide" /Sp 1 or until melted and combined.
  3. Add dry ingredients back in with the wet ingredients.

    Scrape down sides

  4. Place into a greased or lined tin and press down firmly. Place in the fridge whilst preparing the chocolate.
    Clean and dry mixing bowl.
  5. Add Chocolate to mixing bowl
    10-12seconds/sp8
    Scrape down sides
    1min30sec/60Sous-vide"Sous-vide" /sp1
    Spread chocolate onto slice.
    Allow to set in the fridge before cutting into slices.
    Store in fridge.

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
