Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases or silicon cases and set aside
- Place bananas into mixing bowl and mash 5 secs/ speed 6.
- Add eggs,brown sugar,milk and vegetable oil
- Mix for 10 secs speed 4
- Add flour, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa.
- Mix for 20 sec speed 4
- Divide batter evenly between the cases and top each one with a chocolate melt.
- Bake for 18 minutes (180C) or until skewer inserted into the centre of the muffin comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in tray for 5 minutes, then transfer onto a wire rack to cool further before serving. Please enjoy! 🥰👩🏼🍳😊
