If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180*C.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray or line with muffin cases.
Melt Butter in mixing bowl 2 mins/60*C/speed 1.5.
Add Bananas, Sugar, Yogurt, Eggs and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
Add Flour, Baking Powder, Bicarb Soda, Salt and Chocolate Chips and mix 60 sec/Dough setting.
Spoon mixture into muffin tins/cases and bake for 15-20 mintues or until they spring back when lightly touched.
Dust with icing sugar, ice with Chocolate Icing or eat as is.
Serve and Enjoy

You can subsitute the choc chips for blue berries.
They freeze well.

I used 5 frozen bananas - been in freezer for ages so very shrivelled up!
Used 45gms sugar- plenty!
Used half wholemeal and white SR flour

So amazing! I used yoghurt and was a little confused when the method called for milk (add yoghurt at the point ignore the milk) other than that followed the recipe to a tee and was delighted
