Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven on 180.
line a 20x10cm loaf tin.
Add almonds to bowl and blend 10 seconds/sp 7
Set aside - Add butter, eggs, vanilla and honey to the bowl and blend 30 seconds/sp 2
Scrap down the bowl
Add bananas and blend 20 seconds/sp 6
Add almond meal and baking powder and blend 10 seconds/sp 5
Add batter to loaf tin and add any toppings you like (pumpkin seeds, walnuts, extra banana) and bake for 50 minutes or until bread springs back when pressed.
