Boiled Chocolate cake

- 200 grams water
- 120 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- half teaspoon bi-carb.soda
- 200 grams S.R.flour
- 2 beaten eggs

Recipe's preparation
Place sugar, water, cocoa, butter and soda in TM . Cook for 10 mins at 100, speed 2
Remove lid and allow mixture to cool to 70 degrees.
Insert butterfly and add flour and beaten eggs.
Mix batter for 15 secs. at speed 3
Pour into a greased and lined small cake tin to gain a deep cake. This can also be used for a cup cake batter.
Bake in at 170C. for approx.. 40 mins.
When cool dust with Icing sugar or ice with butter icing .

Tip
This cake is every bit as good as a mud cake. Freezes well and keeps well.

This is the nicest boild
This is the nicest boild chocolate cake I have come across. Amazingly moist and stayed that way for a number of days ( at least 4) may last longer if not eaten sooner. I didnt have my butterfly so took my chanceds without it and it turned out perfect. Will be making this one again for sure. Also no need for icing as cake by it self was delish!
