- 200 grams water
- 120 grams Butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- half teaspoon bi-carb.soda
- 200 grams S.R.flour
- 2 beaten eggs

Place sugar, water, cocoa, butter and soda in TM . Cook for 10 mins at 100, speed 2
Remove lid and allow mixture to cool to 70 degrees.
Insert butterfly and add flour and beaten eggs.
Mix batter for 15 secs. at speed 3
Pour into a greased and lined small cake tin to gain a deep cake. This can also be used for a cup cake batter.
Bake in at 170C. for approx.. 40 mins.
When cool dust with Icing sugar or ice with butter icing .
