    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. crumb biscuits in TM 5 secs sp7 until finely ground. Add cocoa, icing sugar, butter and coconut, brandy and vanilla. Mix 5 secs, sp7 until all ingredients are mixed.

    Form into small balls with wet hands, then roll in extra coconut or chocolate hail. Arrange on a tray and refrigerate until firm. Store in airtight container in fridge.

Tip

Add extra brandy if mixture will not stick together to form balls, or extra coconut if mixture is too wet.

Also good with ginger biscuits as the base.
