      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add bananas, honey and coconut oil and blitz on speed 5 for 5 seconds.

    Add remaing ingrediants and mix for 6-8 seconds on speed 5 till just combined.

    Bake in "texas" muffin tins for 15-20min at 180deg.

    Just made a single batch and placed a teaspoon of home made black grape and apple jam in the centre. I didn't think they would be very nice as the mixture was thick and brownish. How wrong I was! Light and fluffy muffins - will make again, great for breakfast on the run. Thank you for posting. tmrc_emoticons.)
