Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Great Recipe! Thank you! I've been looking for a baked version as all the others I came across were refrigerated! I thought I would add some desiccated coconut next time!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. I actually make it every couple of days because it gets eaten so quickl (and it's only me and a 3yo!!!). I reduce the oil to 40g and use rice bubbles (instead of puffs) increasing it to 100g and press it down onto a large baking tray (about 2cm deep). Cook for 20 mins and let set. It's AMAZING. Just need to figure out if I can use a different oil as coconut oil is very expensive for this new addiction lol.
