      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This is a keeper! Our usual Saturday morning consists of EB crepes, but this is so much better and healthier! With a side of fresh fruit (yep, blueberries work a treat!) this will now be our Saturday breakfast go to! I didn't have whole buckwheat, just buckwheat flour which I added in step 2 and it worked just fine. Thanks for sharing!

Made in TM31 just the same. Didn't have a banana so used a grated apple. These were delicious! My new favourite buckwheat pancake recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
