Butterfly cakes

  • 125 grams Butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 grams plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Making the batter
  1. Insert butterfly whisk
  2. Place butter (cut into pieces) and sugar into mixing bowl. Whip for 12seconds speed 4.
  3. Add eggs and whip for 10seconds on speed 4 until egg is combined
  4. Add flour and baking powder and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4
  5. Lastly add milk and mix 3 seconds speed 4
  6. Scoop mixture into a mini muffin try filling each hole half way. Bake on 200 for about 10-15mins.
  7. Eat as they are or prepare icing - mine have passionfruit icing.

Tip

Try using chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, 100's & 1000's icing.
