Recipe's preparation
In a dry "Closed lid" mill your sugar for 8secs on speed 10, add food dye and mill for another 5 on 10. Set aside. In a CLEAN AND DRY bowl add your butterfily and egg white and whip for 2mins/speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Add sugar and mix 6sec/speed 2. Remove butterfly, add almonds to "Closed lid" and mix for 6sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /2
On a flat baking tray covered with baking paper pour your almond mixture on. Cook in a 180o oven for 12-15mins, then mix on tray so they can cook evenly. Return to the oven for another 6mins. Check them regulary so ensure they arent burning. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Just made these ready for
Just made these ready for Christmas and they turned out well.-very yummy also.I was a bit worried that they were going to be sticky but as they cooled the coating hardened. Certainly worth a try.
