Caramel Crunch Bliss Balls
- 30 grams oat flour, if oyu cant find it, mill your oats in the thermie until you get a fine flour
- 30 grams Cashew Butter, or other nut/seed butters
- 1-2 level teaspoons Coconut Blossom Sugar, this gives it the caramel taste
- 2 level teaspoons plant milk
- 1 pinches of salt
- 1 level tbsp Cashews, or other nuts
- 1 level teaspoons sunflower seeds, can use other seeds
- 1 level teaspoons chocolate chips

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Crush chocolate chips. Coarsely chop the cashews and sunflower seeds and set aside.
Mix together oat flour, cashew butter, coconut sugar, plant milk and a touch of salt. Mix for 30 sec SP 8 to form a dough - Add chocolate chips, cashews and sunflower seeds and use mix mode or knead in by hand for an even distribution.
Check taste & texture. If it’s too dry, add water. If it’s not sweet enough, add coconut sugar. If it’s too wet, add oat flour. You could also add vanilla and/or salt in this step. - Once your dough is pliable and tastes to your liking, roll it into balls.
- Enjoy! Keeps 2-3 days in the fridge.
