Base
- 125 g Butter
- 90 g Coconut
- 200 g brown sugar
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Caramel
- 1 can condensed milk
- 30 g Butter
- 50 g golden syrup
Chocolate Topping
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 30 g Butter

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180C
Line 20cm x 30cm baking tin with baking paper
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix 10 sec, Sp 6
Push mixture into tin and cook for 15-20min until golden - While base is cooking, place all caramel ingredients into bowl (don't worry about rinsing bowl) and cook for 10 min, 90C, Sp 3
Pour over cooked base & cook for a further 10 min - Break chocolate into pieces and put into bowl with the butter and melt for 4min, 50C, Sp3.
Cool slice completely then smooth chocolate over and refrigerate till set.
