Recipe's preparation
- Prepare cookie trays with baking paper, and preheat your oven to 160*C Fan Forced.
- Melt butter
- Add all ingredients + melted butter into the TM bowl, reserving a small handful of the Caramilk Choc Chips for later.
- Blend 20 Seconds, *Reverse, Speed 4*
Scrape down sides of bowl, and blend another 10 seconds *Reverse, Speed 4* - Scoop mixture out onto prepared trays, leaving a 5cm gap between cookies.
Press a few of the remaining choc chips into the top of each cookie. - Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Leave cookies to cool on their trays.
