Cashew Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Desicated Coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
  • pinch salt
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add Cashews and Coconut to bowl 10 sec / speed 9

    2. Add ALL other ingrediants 10 sec / speed 9

    3. Make into 15 Balls

    4. Roll in extra coconut and refridgerate for an hour

Tip

Use the base of your Thermoserver to put the coconut into, then just swirl your truffles around in the base. Easy!
