Choc Chip Cookies

  • 220 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 70 g condensed milk
  • 300 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

    Choc Chip Cookies
  1. Pre heat oven to 160C and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Add butter and sugar into mixing bowl and mix 15 sec/speed 6 until smooth.

  3. Insert Butterfly.

  4. Add condensed milk and whip 2 min/speed 4 until fluffy.

  5. Remove butterfly.

  6. Add flour and baking powder and mix 30-40 sec/speed 5.  Scrape down the sides of mixing bowl using spatula.

  7. Add chocolate chips and stir 20 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1 until combined.

  8. Roll dough into 2cm balls, place on baking tray and flatten with a fork.

  9. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on the edges.

    These are lovely! I made with white and milk choc chips. Makes a good amount - I did some regular sized, some bite sized for a playgroup get together, and froze a small amount of the dough for a quick afternoon tea option. They have a lovely flavour and not too sugary. Thanks for posting the recipe!
