Biscuits

  • 70 grams pecans
  • 100 grams Macadamias raw
  • 15 grams cacao powder
  • 20 grams Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
  • 200 grams medjool dates
  • 1 pinch pink salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

     

    Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and process for 1 minute / speed 8

     

    Roll mixture into 4cm round balls and squash onto tray, you could use a fork to add ripple pattern.

     

    Bake for 10 minutes

    Not like the choc ripple biscuits that you buy at the shops, very oily when you take them out of the bowl. Taste very sweet.
