- 2 bananas, Soft and ripe
- 94 grams brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 76 g Milk
- 100 g vegetable oil
- 24 g cocoa powder
- 200 g plain flour
- 1 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 12 pieces chocolate melt

- 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases or silicon cases and set aside.
2.Place bananas into the mixing bowl and mash 5 sec/speed6.
3. Add eggs, brown sugar, milk and vegetable oil and mix 10 sec/speed4.
4. Add flour, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa. Mix for 20 sec/speed4.
5.Divide batter between the cases. Top each one with a chocolate melt, then bake for 18 minutes (180C) or until skewer inserted into the centre of the muffin comes out clean. Allow to cool in tray for 5 minutes, then transfer onto a wire rack to cool further before serving. Enjoy!
