      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Turn oven onto 180 degrees and line baking trays.

    Cream butter and sugar : place cut up bits of butter and sugar in bowl with MC. 20 seconds, speed 5.5 - 6

    Add flour, baking powder and both essences. 30 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation speed 3-4.

    Scrape down and mix again: 10 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation speed 3-4.

    Roll into balls and press down with chocolate buttons.

    Bake for about 14 mins or until golden brown.
