- 125 grams Butter
- 65 grams brown sugar
- 125 grams SR flour
- 40 grams Coconut
- pinch salt
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1 level tablespoon cocoa
- 2 level teaspoons vanilla essence
- 30 grams soft butter
- 120 grams icing sugar
- 80 grams Desiccated Coconut

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place butter and sugar into jug mix on speed 4 1 min
add dry ingredients mix Sppeed 3 40 secs
press into slab tin and bake in moderate oven for 15 mins, while it is cooking prepare topping
Mix all ingredients together and spread on biscuit base while still hot.
Put in fridge. Cut into squares when chilled and set
I make my own condensed milk while biscuit base is cooking in the oven, very easy!
