- 100 grams Cashews raw
- 100 grams hazelnuts
- 100 grams almonds
- 50 grams Maple syrup
- 40 grams kahlua
- 375 grams dark chocolate

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place Walnuts, Cashews, Hazelnuts and Almonds into Bowl.
Blitz for 5 Seconds on Speed 5. Repeat until breadcrumb consistancy is reached.
Add Maple Syrup and Kahlua and Blitz for 5 Seconds Speed 5.
Put mixture into glad wrap and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, Roll balls into 15 gram balls.
In a clean bowl, Place chocolate into the bowl broken up into pieces.
Chpo for 5 seconds speed 10 to grate chocolate.
Melt the chocolate 3 minutes on 6o degrees speed 2.
Once the chocolate is melted transfer it into a bowl.
Using 2 teaspoons put a ball into the mixture and roll alternating between the spoons. Place onto wire rack. Sprinke with some of the saved crumbs.
Refigerate for 30 minutes before eating. Enjoy!!
These chocolates are beautiful to give as a gift for Easter or special occasions. You can make them vegan by using vegan chocolate and not using the Kahlua and also Paleo.
