      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Line two baking trays with paper bake.
    Place butter, raw sugar, brown sugar, egg and peppermint oil into mixing bowl and mix 1 1/2 minutes at speed 4.
    Add plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and mix 1 minute/ speed 5.
    Add chocolate drops and stir Counter-clockwise operation until combined / speed 2.
    Place dough in the size of little balls onto bake tray and then press gently with the back of a fork.
    Bake trays together 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
    Biscuits will be slightly fluffy.
