      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Pre heat oven to 160degrees.Place Chocolate,butter,water & sugar in bowl. Mix 20sec/speed 5Cook ingridents 4 minutes/90deg/ speed 2Add flours to bowl. Mix 5sec/speed5Add eggs to bowl. Mix 10sec/speed5Mixture is very runnyPlace in leak-proof cake tin.Place in oven for 70minsRemove once cooked (Test with cake tester)
