Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

These are great, thank you for the recipe! I used cacao as I'm out of cocoa and it worked fine. Tastes just like the commercial ones, but better! And so quick to make.
I was wondering if anyone has tried freezing some of the dough to cook later? I might try it next time as we didn't need this many. They'll still get eaten though!

Delicious! So easy to make and look professional.I used cacao instead of cocoa as that was all I had. Mine had a slightly soft and chewy centre. Mmmm loved by young and old. Will be making these again.

Wonderful! Thank you! I didn't have any baking powder and they still turned out beautifully.
We made these as a last minute idea so I melted the butter prior to adding as I was unsure if it would blend in enough straight from the fridge. We also made a jumbo cookie - about 20cm diameter, for chef 7 yo, which also turned out perfectly. So great! Thanks again!
