Chocolate Zucchini Brownie

  • 1 zucchini
  • 140 grams almonds
  • 80 grams honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 150 grams dark chocolate chips
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Zucchini Brownie
  1. Pre-heat oven 180 degrees

    Chop zucchini for 3-5 seconds on speed 5

    Set aside.

    Place almonds in bowl and make almond butter. Process for 1 minute speed 9. Scrape down sides and repeat if needed.

    Add all remaining ingredients including reserved zucchini.

    Mix on Counter-clockwise operation speed 2 for 20 secs.

    Pour into prepared tin (I used a square cake tin) and bake for 30-40 mins.
