      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Let's get started..
  1. Line a tin with baking paper.

  2. Break candy canes in half and put in TM and crush for 3 seconds on speed 10.

    Set aside. 

  3. Put white chocolate in TM and grate for 10 seconds on speed 10

    Add condensed milk and cook for 10 minutes/90 degrees/speed 3

  4. Put in crushed candy canes and cook for 10 minutes/varoma/speed 3. Add peppermint oil to taste stirring while you do so.

  5. Pour into lined tin

  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and gently swirl them around.

  7. Put in fridge to set and then cut into squares.
