- 500g bread flour/high grade flour
instant yeast 5g
pin of salt
cream cheese 200g
- 1.soak the cranberry with water or a bit honey water
2.put water ,suger, yeast and flour in mixing bowl 30s mix speed3-6
3.add pin of salt knead for 3 mins
4,add butter knead for 3 mins ,in the last minute of kneading you can add the cranberry in the dough
5,take the dough out of mixing bowl and rest for 1 hour
6. evenly cut into 12 smaller dough make a ball shape , wrap some cream cheese in the milddle and rest the dough for another 30 mins.
7.preheat the oven for 210C and you can cut a cross on top of the buns and sprinkle with flour . bake 18mins
