  • 50 g Hazelnuts raw
  • 110 g Macadamia butter, Or butter
  • 410 can Red Kidney Beans Canned
  • 410 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 capsule Coffee, Or tbsp coffee brewed
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract
  • 40 g cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g Coconut sugar/raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Pre heat oven 180 degrees. Put hazelnuts in oven for 10mins

    Put beans, 1 egg, vanilla and coffee in TM on speed 6 for 1 min. Remove, put aside.

    beat butter and coconut sugar on speed 5 for 20sec. scrap down the sides of the bowl.

    Add 3 eggs mix speed 5 for 5 seconds.

    add bicarbonate soda, cacao, salt mix speed 5 for 10 seconds

    pour mixture into lined muffin tins

    take the skin off the hazelnuts and add some to each muffin.

    bake mini muffins for 10 minutes, poking with a skewer 

    bake normal size muffins for 20mins, poking with a skewer
