  • The only problem with these

    Submitted by annaw@modisto.com.au on 13. June 2016 - 15:50.

The only problem with these donut muffins was that 12 wasnt enough! Amazing and so easy my daughters made them. We skipped the butter at the end and just dipped them into sugar and spices and still stuck ok.

I can see this becoming a regular baking recepie

The recipe was super easy and tasted great!

I doubled the recipe and it made 12 regular sized muffins.I doubled the topping too but didnt need to.

After they had cooled, I cut each one in half and added a teaspoon of jam. Yum!

  • One of my first recipes I

    Submitted by Sabreena on 19. July 2015 - 07:43.

One of my first recipes I made. Super easy and tasty. Kids ate them straight away.

I made double the dough using 120g sugar, 120g butter etc. and used a 12 hole muffin tray.

I made double for the topping too but probably won't double it in the future as I have heaps left over.

    Thank you for the recipe!
