If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place cashews, dates, honey, cacao, vanilla and salt into your processor
2. Blend at high speed until the mixture resembles a fine, sticky crumb. (I did 5 seconds at speed
3. Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and mix to combine. (I did 5 seconds, reverse blade, speed 2)
4. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls
5. Place the balls into the fridge to set and store
