If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Weigh caster sugar, butter and SR flour into bowl.
Mix 10 sec speed 5.
Add choc chips and mix on REVERSE for 8 sec speed 5.
Shape/roll into small balls and place onto lined baking trays.
Flatten top of each ball slightly with a fork.
Cook in preheated oven 150 degrees for no more than 15 mins.
Remove from oven and leave to set before transfering to a wire rack.

Tip
You can use 250g flour and 50g cocoa for a double choc chip cookie.
Make sure the butter is at room temp or slightly soft
