  • 210 grams self-raising flour
  • 210 grams caster sugar
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 60 grams Milk, Full or light

Recipe's preparation

    Caster Sugar
  1. Put raw sugar into jug, put measuring cup in lid, Closed lid

    Mill for 3 seconds, speed 10, put aside

  2. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees, grease pan

    Melt butter for 2 mins, 90 degrees, speed one, put measuring cup in lid, Closed lid.

    Add caster sugar, bananas, egg, vanilla essence and milk. Put measuring cup in lid, Closed lid, mix for 5 seconds, speed 5.

    Add self-raising flour, put MC in lid, Closed lid, mix for 10 seconds, speed 5.

    Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until skewer or knife inserted in the middle is clean.

A round cake pan can also be used
