Can be made with wholemeal or white SR Flour but it would no longer be Gluten Free. Replace the Flour listed with 1 metric cup of whichever Flour you use.
Can be made with LSA instead of GF SR Flour, but it would no longer be Nut Free. Replace Flour listed with 1 cup of LSA (linseed, sunflower seed & almond) & omit the SR Flour. This version is still Gluten Free & contains a great deal more fibre, so extra good for you!
Can be made with Soy or any other milk to cater for non-dairy version. It will equate to 1 cup of the Milk you choose.
